  • The lecture portion of the lap dance course offers a lively blend of my intentions, personal insights, and my own journey with this art form. We explore the captivating history of women as erotic dancers, celebrating their empowerment and artistry.

    Our central theme is “Erotic innocence” - foundation of this practice because it invites us to embrace our most authentic, unfiltered erotic nature – free from shame, judgement, or preconceived notions. By honouring this innocence, we open ourselves to the boundless possibilities of creative and sexual expression, allowing ourselves to bask in the vastness of pleasure, curiosity, and connection. This acceptance isn’t about naivety; it’s about reclaiming a pure, joyful relationship with desire that fuels not only our intimate moments but every aspect of our creative life. In this space, eroticism becomes a wellspring of inspiration, a playful force that liberates us and expands the horizons of who we are.

    The session then explores the anatomy of our energy body, emphasizing how understanding this helps deepen the connection with oneself. Kind and loving self-talk is highlighted as a powerful tool to nurture confidence before stepping onto the dance floor. Practical tips cover preparing your body for the dance, including stretches and mindset work. Setting the perfect mood through lighting and music is unpacked to elevate the atmosphere and craft an unforgettable experience.

    Ultimately, the lectures inspire self-love and encourages filling your own cup first, so you can share your dance from a place of overflowing abundance and genuine self-acceptance.

  • In these tutorials, I show you how to give a lap dance with confidence, creativity, and a whole lot of play. I break down movement ideas, body positioning, and simple ways to engage your receiver so your dance feels sexy, connected, and totally your own.

    There’s also a fun little segment where I explore outer transformation—trying on makeup and a wig to show how shifting your look can spark a new kind of energy in your dance.

    Then you’ll see two full demonstrations: one improvised lap dance and one strip-tease style dance, so you can watch how everything comes together in a fluid, flirty, natural way.

    Just for fun, I added a lengthy guided meditation to help you practice grounding and centring as well as an extra, extra lengthy somatic embodiment practice, where we slowly go through the whole body, listening and feeling our way into sensation.

  • Alongside your lessons, you’ll get a resource handbook filled with helpful links and authors if you are wanting to explore wellness, shadow work, and the basics of our energetic body in a simple, practical and meaningful way.

    I’ve also included links to several Spotify playlist: some sexy, some bassy, some playful to help set the mood :)

    For those moments when you want inspiration on outfits or atmosphere, I’ve included a small collection of tasteful boudoir photography with ideas for lighting, styling, and mood-setting.

    To support you beyond the course, I’ve created a private Facebook community for women who’ve completed the journey.   • Nope :) Not at all. I will not tell you what to do and how to do it. I will show you lots of examples of what giving a dance “can” look like, but the intention with my course is to help you get into your body, connect with your desires and explore moving it in a way that feels natural and authentic to you.

  • Not at all. Zero dance experience is required. This course is designed for all levels — whether you’ve never danced before, or you already love moving your body. It’s not about choreography or technique; it’s about feeling, presence, and expression. Your body already knows how to move — this fun course is simply here to help you remember.

  • Totally normal — and actually part of the journey.
    Many women start feeling nervous, disconnected, or unsure, and that’s okay. The structure of the course gently guides you into safety, body awareness, and self-trust. You are encouraged to go at your own pace, and everything is done in the privacy of your own space. Awkwardness often becomes playfulness — and then empowerment.

  • Anything that helps you feel connected, comfortable, and confident.
    Some women wear lingerie, some wear sweatpants, some wear flowing skirts — there is no right or wrong. The most important thing is that you feel free to move, breathe, and express.

  • I will go over this in the course. I will give some ideas on how you can set up your space for when you are giving a lap dance but if you want to practice before giving, then just a chair — sturdy, stable, and without arms if possible. A soft light, a candle, a mirror, or a playlist you love can also help create a more sensual atmosphere. But the course can be done anywhere with minimal setup.
