Here’s a little tic tac toe grid tutorial on helping you get some ideas on where you can position your body through the dance.

Somatic Movement
This is a guided exploration into slow, deep and intentional movements. We go through different parts of the body, opening, loosening, listening… intended to be an exercise of listening and exploring intuitive curiosity.

Grounding Meditation

Demonstrations
-
Lap Dance Demonstration
An example of what a lap dance can look like. This was not choreographed. Just what I felt like giving in the moment.
-
Strip Demonstration
I don’t get fully naked ;) just a wee demo of how you can take off your cloths while giving a dance. Truthfully, I found this chair a bit tricky because I didn’t have any other points of contact to balance myself, such as another wall, ceiling or chair. But it was still fun :)
-
Makeup Demo
Not a tutorial :) but if you want one of those, here’s a good link. I’m into using toxic free products fyi. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3ynATE2M1gA
-
Wig Demo + Blooper
A quick demo on putting on a wig. Again, not a tutorial, but there’s lots of resources on youtube and other places if you’d like more info :) When buying a wig, you can get real hair or not real hair. They can both feel good :) Extensions are another option if you want more volume without the “overhead” lol. Clips in’s can give you a full look :)
